Established agreement with C-*****, Inc in 2002 to design and create the data models and data architecture for their complete “C-*****” product line of Enterprise applications including customer care, ERP, CRM, BPM, POS, Inventory, Trouble Ticket, Service Order, Work Order, accounting, billing, rating, and Enterprise Information Management solutions. Directed development teams, managed development deliverables by formal structured methodologies, directed QA checkpoints, and established WBS planning phase and maintained the software development life cycle checkpoints for each version of their product releases.
Conceived and established the methodologies for the Uniform Service Management Technology that was the innovative technology for managing over 35 diverse service modules through one uniform application solution. Scoped requirements ensuring full integration of all service layers for each telecommunication service provider. Ensured all non homogeneous services were encapsulated within a homogeneous management layer using the robust architecture of USMT. Created architectural data and application design for the C-***** ERP/CRM/OSS suite with an Enterprise Information Management solution. Personally directed the presale, sale and integrations for twelve, tier 2 and tier 3, ILEC, CLEC and IXC clients from 1995 through 2009 as listed under “Major Consulting Project Highlights”. Managed client relationships throughout the definition of scope and WBS planning stages for each of these projects. Maintained deal focused relations with clients and established multiple integration partners to scope, propose, close and deliver business analytics, optimization and ERP solutions. Ensured alignment with information standards and Enterprise Data Integration Models and was responsible for overall integration of the complete C-***** ERP system modules and the integration with OSS partners. Managed all aspects of both structural and unstructured data processes throughout the lifecycle of project integrations which included security storage management and content management. Supported these projects with logical and physical designs that met the business requirements for high availability and mission critical processing for real-time and near real-time requirements of high volume call rating, real-time calculation of prepaid credit balances, ensuring that SLAs were met and that liability limits were not exceeded. Established standards for ERP integration processes and directed project leaders in the WBS planning phases of each project integration. Assisted team leads to determine the data integration server capacity impact requirements. Approved the QA checkpoints, created requirements definitions, and ensured the integrity of ETL process designs were incompliance with the Architectural Standards of the component designs for each project. Responsibilities included writing and assisting the development of proposals and RFP responses while providing large complex consulting client management. Designed relational, hierarchical and object-oriented taxonomies; and focused on business intelligence for both centralized and distributed systems.

Designed custom rapid bill pay, rating and prepaid calculation systems for prepaid telecom services. Designed SSIS ETL solution for data conversion. Created designs for custom features for POS, CRM and Inventory for retail stores and agent outlets in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Illinois.
Union Telephone 2004 – 2008
ERP solution included integration with all in-house platforms and multi-site plants with all service modules including Cellular GSM, TDMA, Land-Line, Cable, Circuit, ISP, POS, kiosk, provisioning, billing, customer care, inventory, BPM, real-time and near real-time rating and Enterprise Information Management. Designed custom service scheduling, service order system with lite-client for GSM wireless service order management. Designed custom POS and retail inventory systems for stores and kiosks across the northwest US regions. Developed ETL processes using SSIS, designed a complex data center and data warehouse using SSAS with modules for revenue analysis and project cost justification. Designed data and enhanced accounting module for regulatory compliance of applied payment revenue.

Designed C-***** SaaS application and directed integration, wrote design specifications for a 3 tier hosted, browser-based ERP solution including billing, collections, accounting, trouble ticket, workflow, rating, provisioning and enhanced Business Intelligence, ETL processes using DTS. Added enhanced collections module to support both in-house collections and outside agency collections.

Designed a 3 tier browser-based ERP, SOA solution. Created complete data architecture, data model and directed full integration with ISP, CLEC, IXC, OSS and internal plant systems. Modules included a custom designed ETL process using Associate Data Exchange, CRM, BPM, billing, accounting, trouble ticket, activation, provisioning, service order, service management, work order, payment processing and settlement.
