Mr. ***** has over 25 years experience in governmental and political relations. His expertise is in the areas of energy development, with emphasis integrating the use of coal, natural gas, and biomass. He oversaw an extensive study that identified sites in Eastern Kentucky for coal gasification and coal-to-liquid facilities as Director of Energy and Technology for the Pike County Fiscal Court. He serves as Business Agent for Clean Coal Resource and Power. He is a Partner with ***** ***** LLC and Global Mineral Services LLC, Washington, DC. He holds a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Pikeville and is completing his MA in National Security with an emphasis in Energy Security from the American Military University. He is a certified CDBG federal grant administrator. He is a member of the Southern States’ Energy Board Committee on Clean Coal Energy and Technology Collaboration, the World Economic Development Alliance, the European-based ESSE Sweet Sorghum Association, and the US-based Coal Operators and Associates.
