For nearly a decade I have been focusing on the ***** Excellence of more than ***** and 5 stars properties around the whole. My expertise and knowledge extend to areas of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B as well as kitchen. I have done trainings for several hotels from the Marriott chain in Singapore and Malaysia. The training focuses on ***** Excellence, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as well as customer ***** s in accordance with the Marriott ***** standards.
Presently I am employed full time at the largest private property developer to revamp, renew and rebrand their current stable of Hotels and ***** d Residences. Apart from drafting a new set of SOP, I am also currently heading several projects of standardizing and ***** assurances. Part of my duties is to visit and do audit checks at all of FEO Hospitality properties and ensure that the standards and ***** are in place and recommends ways to improve them. I am looking for a challenge to optimize my experience and passion for achieving the best in ***** and hospitality. I am also working closely with external vendors to do customer satisfaction survey whereby we will draft questionnaires with the intention of extracting vital information from our guests for us to leverage a better standards of ***** s and improvements.
