Trained as a Cost Control Supervisor and handled the accounting and pricing when regular supervisor was on vacation. Developed working relationship with USDA inspectors which allowed our department to handle and control inspection issues without USDA tagging any area of the plant. Invented carcass wash and sanitize system to reduce contamination/inspection issues on incoming carcass beef, which improved quality of trimmings used in ground beef.
