He has served as consultant on numerous international agribusiness projects over the last decade, including project management of a 21, 00 acres (8100 Ha) grain production farm in Ukraine. Scott's knowledge & experience includes grain production, processing, & hedging, He is currently at work on a grain-feed-poultry chain project in East Africa and contributing to developing a beef cattle production operation in Central Asia.
