• Job Description: Senior Cold Rolling Process Engineer & Roll Shop Technical Consultant, My working specialization is to research and development of the Cold rolling mills production performances for producing high quality final products( Cold rolled sheet metals) with the cost saving techniques through implementation of new improvements technical projects and by modifications of the production lines running procedures to increase the lines Yields & OEE values . This is beside working as consultant for the technical improvements projects of Roll shop Department which considered the most important department in the plant to control the high percentage of the company cash flow by using the technical experiences for controlling that issue.

• Job Description: Technical Sales &Service Engineer, My responsibility to introduce the technical support for Akers Co. Products (Rolls) inside the customers’ plants or factories inside Egypt and in the Middle East too. This technical service is included:
1. The rolls inspections by all of non-destructive tests (ultrasonic inspection &Eddy current inspection Dye pentrant inspection) to indicate the rolls defects to avoid any expected failure.
2. Rolls Maintenances technical supports like rolls grinding process and chocks with bearings assemblies on the rolls necks.
3. Claims investigations inside customers’ plants.
4. Introducing of sales support for indication what the technical advantages of Akers products are.

• Job Description: Roll Shop Production Manager & Process Engineer, My job responsibility is management and controlling of the production of grinded work rolls. I Responsible for processing and planning of this department ,time organizing , priority determining of tasks and workings, make technical reports to top management , make researches for grinding machining process and rolls, organize the manpower activities. Determine the needing for CNC grinding machines and any accessories or spare parts ,make projects for improvement of productivity performance , Determine new modifications for developments of this departments to increase the quality improvement issue, cost saving and Production time reduction, evaluations visits for internationals suppliers of the department consumables like ( Rolls , Grinding wheels..Etc) and make new contracts with them. Make a regular evaluation of rolls consumptions, technical performance, methods of inspections and investigation for all different types of shop rolls. Preparing of rolls claim reports to be investigated by rolls supplier in case for any incidences or complains from our side. Determine the rolls inspections methodologies be using of Non destructive tests like UT, Eddy Current measurement, Die pentrant..etc (From 2/ 2006 to 9/ 2009).
