Worked in Coal ***** Ltd for 23 years on coal handling plant, mine transport & mine planning; Worked with Thyssen Krupp Foedertechnik on surface miner & inpit crusher & conveyor; Working with MMD, ***** on application of sizers in mines; Worked with JMC, UK on LARCODEMS, an advance heavy media coal beneficiation technology; Worked with Quadrant EPP, Germany promoted application of TIVAR, a special brand of UHMW-PE liners branded as in silos & hoppers. Did the first TIVAR lining in 2000 tonne silo of iron ore pellet at JSPL, Barbil & Tensa.
Working with ***** Consultants ***** Ltd, a pioneer power plant consulting company on coal & iron ore beneficiation; Visiting Faculty of ***** n Institute of Coal Management, Ranchi, ***** to give exposition on advanced opencast technologies, conveyor systems, coal handling plant, chute & silo design, coal flow solution in coal handling plants, mine transport. Prepared power point presentations with actual video of mining operations, animations, design calculations for conveyors, crushers. Also developed special software on mine optimization for calculating & comparing specific cost per tone, cash flow for the life of project between several mining methods e. g, drilling/blasting/dumper transport; in-pit crushing/conveyor & surface miner. Such software is unique & highly beneficial.
