Capacity Building and Training Experience

1. Master trainer for training of staff and programme unit managers of Plan Pakistan on monitoring and evaluation of their Country Strategic Plan III (CSP III).
2. Master trainer for training of district health managers and staff on monitoring and evaluation of national MNCH programme in five pilot districts including LHWs and CMWs.
3. Master Trainer for training of MoH-UNFPA staff in 10 project districts on DAD (Data Analysis for Decision Making’ and trained facility and mid level health managers on use of information.
4. Facilitator for training on *****-focused Project Design and Management System and has also redesigned the curricula focused on organizational needs in the context of developing countries. The training courses are already in progress in collaboration with prestigious universities and professional development centers.

7. Master Trainer for No-Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV): A Reproductive Health Services program sponsored by UNFPA/AVSC. I was nominated by the Government of Punjab for this assignment and still conducting refresher courses on NSV services through RHS Centres, and involved in training and refresher courses. (*****)
8. Trained Survey teams for data collection for Situational Analysis of HMIS in Pakistan (For MoH, UNFPA, FH2 and JICA-SSC) as three different assignments. The staffs was trained on quantitative and qualitative methodologies for recording interviews, FGDs and observations for conducting survey of the target community/facilities. (April 2004)
9. Trained Lady Health Visitors of Punjab Health Department for DFID Designed, co-ordinated and implemented Short Training Course on Reproductive Health for LHVs. Trained 157 LHVs on RH Concept, Body Systems, Family Planning, MCH, Common Diseases and STDs. (Feb-Nov 1996)
10. Trained Senior Hospital Managers on Hospital Management and Co-ordinated the Short Course in Hospital Administration held at National Institute of Public Administration Lahore and trained 20 persons from government and private hospitals. (March-May 2001)
