Sonee is a nationally certified fitness expert, trainer, instructor and consultant - published fitness contributor to National magazines. She is a University of Florida grad with honors with a degree in Broadcasting . Sonee became a recognized 2nd degree Tae Kwon do black belt in Los Angeles under the tutelage of Master Billy Blanks. She is a two-time national & world martial arts champion and works on a strict training philosophy and practice and knows how to communicate that knowledge and motivate audiences, individuals and teams. Sonee is the current on-camera sports host for "Women's Sports Weekly" on the SEC Digital Network.
