Stephen Harris, AIA has over 20 years of real estate development experience as project executive overseeing hundreds of retail, hospitality, and residential projects. He has led project teams on minor and major development projects throughout the nation. His work experience includes senior positions with top branded public companies such as General Growth, Intercontinental Hotels, Pep Boys, and Circuit City with a successful record of delivering projects on time and at or below budget. He also works with Habitat for Humanity developing large scale affordable housing projects. As developer, he is expert in entitlements and public hearings, budgets, estimates, proforma, project management, scheduling, construction management, and design.
Harris earned his degree in Architecture in 1986 from San Diego State University, holds an Architect’s license in California, and is a real estate broker in IL.
