• Expert Knowledge on Financial Services Domain : Have over 18 years of experience and knowledge in Banking and financial Services across all retail asset and liability products across all operations processes from Acquisition management, transaction processing, servicing along with the related risks and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge on Global Financial Products & Cross Border Risks: Have managed financial processes of over 20 countries and the related cross border regulations, local requirements and risks. Knowledge on various dynamics pertaining to key banking products such as Wealth Management, Brokerage, Capital Markets, redit Cards, Retail Lending, Deposit and Non Deposit Investment Products.
• Build and Manage Large Trans National Teams : Have demonstrated ability to built from ground Zero to a large team of over 2000 people across the country in over 9 delivery location and across international delivery centers. This includes planning, building and installing infrastructure, people and supply chain.
• Financial officer Function : Ability to deliver exceptionally as CFO during a very challenging period of demerger and merger and ensuring business results are delivered despite a highly volatile forex situation and restructuring. Managing change has been the forte right though my career.
• Knowledge of systems & banking functionality : Have been part of design development and implementation of several core banking, cards, investment and retail lending platforms. In all these implementation, the need was to design and deliver a far superior, future proof system that can stand the demands of the newer technologies .
