He was responsible for planning, organization and coordination of Hybrid Seeds Supply Chain activities of the company (Field Corn, Sweet corn, Baby corn, Sunflower and Hybrid Rice) involving calculation of production area, selecting and working with growers, scheduling plantings, harvesting, dispatch activities and seed processing & packing.
