Five years of experience in aviation with:
- a strong experience as contracts manager for aircraft leasing contracts, aircraft sales, contracts negotiation, and aircraft financing projects,
- very good skills in developing contacts and networking, I am passionate by customers relationships,
- a good experience of negotiating and managing complex contracts,
- a very good understanding of the technical issues regarding aircraft, as a result of my experience in aircraft asset management,
- I have managed a multicultural team when I was working for a cargo airline in Moscow,
- experience of writing entire business plan presentation and budget/financial forecast for airline start-up project.

As a result of considerable travelling abroad and some long stays in Africa and Eastern Europe, I have developed an attraction for an international working and living environment. I am naturally inclined to comprehend different cultures and sensitivities and fit with ease into diverse working environments. I understand more than ever how to respect various cultural customs while maintaining a professional approach.

I have also an excellent knowledge of Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS and Africa areas.
