I concentrate my consulting practice on the quantitative analysis of employment decisions and EEO compliance issues. During the last 13 years, I have worked on hundreds of employment and applied statistics matters across the country. My client base includes Fortune 500 companies, major law firms, and federal and state government agencies such as the U. S. Department of Justice and the FBI.
I routinely perform analyses of compensation and selection decisions within the context of employment discrimination litigation and regulatory investigations. I also provide proactive litigation risk management services.
I have testified as an economic and statistical expert in mediation, arbitration, and in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
I frequently speak to legal groups, industry organizations and the media on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action issues, compensation gender equity, and employment discrimination litigation avoidance. I have also published several papers in professional journals, and am the author of "Statistical Analysis of Adverse Impact: A Practitioner's Guide".

Prior to my consulting career, I served on the faculty of New York University, where I taught courses in economic theory and ***** .
