Dr. Thomas S. ***** consults internationally in business with an emphasis in: horticulture, (for which he earned his M. S. and Ph. D. in immunology and pomology from Cornell University); business analysis/strategies/business plan development;
environmental impact and analysis; green/sustainable technology development and implementation; greenhouse (controlled environment)/high hoop tunnel/hoop design and operations; organic hydroponic and traditional growing of both traditional crops and specialty crops including but not limited to medicinal herbs and phytopharmaceuticals, berries, specialty food crops including but not limited to white asparagus, fiddlehead ferns, and edible flowers; innovative sustainable designs for the rapid production of certified organic produce; irrigation systems design and implementation for commercial orchards, field crops, and greenhouse/high tunnels; rapid technology transfer utilizing local site-appropriate resources; HACCP protocols in the production and processing of food products (for which he holds qualifications as a certifier), GAP and GMP protocols; commercial orchard management of peaches and apples; and aquaculture (for which he holds a patent in the filtration of closed-loop recirculating aquaculture systems).
