Application Development in a wide variety of aspect within the food and beverage as well as special events arena for business applications. Including client/server and relational databases now using MS-SQL Server in several versions. Always interested in software as a tool for the special events business world.
Have successfully completed IT refreshement projects of different scales. I explain solutions in easy to understand concepts.

I spent 16 years in food service management and high end caterering doing special events in the Washington DC area before co-founding ***** International. My events and Food Service background spans over three decades between my hands on work within the business and my software business serving the industry.
