An independent consultant for MS imaging, discovery BA and discovery DMPK. He received his B. S. in Chemistry degree from St. Louis University. He then went on to obtain his M. S. in Chemistry and Ph. D. in Chemistry, both from the University of Illinois in Urbana. After that, he joined the FDA and was employed at the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) in Jefferson, Arkansas. While at the NCTR, he also held Adjunct Associate Professor positions at the College of Pharmacy in the University of Tennessee (Memphis) and the Department of Toxicology in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (Little Rock). After NCTR, he joined Schering-Plough Research Institute. Schering-Plough was bought by Merck in 2009. He remained at Merck until November 2010.
