Willy has held several executive positions in General Management and International Industrial Marketing & Sales in various multinational companies in Europe and Asia. He also serves at the board of several joint ventures in Korea.
He has been living and working in Asia for 15 years.

Willy has a MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne Switzerland and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands.

He has also earned various widely recognized professional accreditations for training, coaching and assessments in the field of:

Willy is also member of the Alexcel leadership group, the International Coach Federation and the International Mentoring Association.

Willy is professor at the Hanyang University in Seoul specializing in Leadership and Career Development. At the Seoul National University he is co-director of the Professional Acceleration Program for student career development.
