For one of our upcoming engagements, we are looking to tie up with a subject matter expert with experience in aerospace manufacturing. The scope of work is defined below:

description - a work package is a product line in which the production has been outsourced to a third party. For this engagement, we will be looking at one work package. The scope will be end to end, as in, it will include vendor selection process up to monitoring and reporting of outsourced work programs and performance of vendors.

I am working on a proposal to the nsf sbir program for funding to develop a health-monitoring technology that could have broad applications in many industries, but is especially to aerospace. The marketing case for this new product is currently tenuous at best. I need experts in aircraft maintenance, non-destructive testing, or marketing of products to the aerospace industry to determine who would be the customers for this product and what the size of the market could be. Aerospace engineering experts could also help by identifying aircraft components of suitable size that are vulnerable to the combined effects of fatigue and corrosion/abrasion.
