my group is already an established player in other segments of business in indian industry. They are now venturing into the defence aerospace sector of business.
We are looking for an expert who can provide indepth knowledge in this area of business. To augment our trading operations we are look at forging alliance with some leading overseas players in the defence sector.

My company is a sba certified 8a, woman owned, small disadvantaged business with considerable government contracting past performance, with plans to diversify into a low/no capitalization start-up of metal distribution targeting primarily aerospace and dod, secondarily homeland security, solar (green), other profitable sectors of the market. Conceptually, our objective focus is internet, on-line product marketing/sales strategies, including identification of and (distribution specific) alignment with an existing "certified iso supplier" distribution facility for potential co-location in order to manage and control (start-up/on- going operational) cost , insure quality, customer service, while from the outset optimizing sales/revenue and margins. These are the current strategic business model considerations under review, requiring discussion and solidification. (note: adhering to required government source inspections, including shipment standards is critical and understood, e.G., the sba must directly ship/deliver, thus "drop shipping" is not allowed). Collectively, to this end, i need aerospace/dod "metal distribution" start-up, new business development expertise consult for finalizing the aforementioned business model concept, primarily iso supplier identification, as well as establishing industry influencer/decision maker relationships which drive leads/referrals, closure on sales, ultimately contracts awarded based on competitive (price) bidding.
