We would like to speak with caregivers and healthcare professionals who help patients choose hearing aids and are the main point of contact along the customer’s journey. They are looking for those who regularly access or use websites of hearing aid brands.
We would like to understand how they make their decision on choosing a device, typical conversations they have with clients, their interactions with the website and website contents of hearing aid companies, etc.

as usual, we are only interested in shared industry learnings rather than confidential information.
We are scheduling 45-60 minute discussions with experts until the end of this week and are happy to offer a negotiable usd 250 compensation for each interview. Please note that we are handling the standard zintro fee separately, hence the expert is not involved in paying this.

I'm contacting you because my start up has developed a medical device in the form of a wristband designed to know the proximity of objects using ultrasound. The nominal operational frequency is 40 khz at 0.33 watts. We want to know what are the fcc compliance requirements in order to commercialize this device in the u.S. Is it a fcc requirement to test for emc in this case?
