we work with industry experts to support industry studies for many of the world's fortune 1000 companies.
For a current study, we are seeking experts who will be able to share insights into consumer/customer care best practices in the luxury, beauty and consumer goods industry. In particular, we would like to understand how consumer care is organized and performed within such companies (whether it be through channels such as call centers, social media or email etc.)
we would like to conduct a ~45 minute discussion with you to help us better understand your point-of-view on this topic. We are only interested in shared industry learnings and are not looking for any confidential information.
We would be happy to compensate you for your time.

I am compiling an article about holiday seasons expectations for the luxury goods market. The article will be posted on a zintro q&a blog. The purpose of this article is to promote the zintro experts in this space. We will do this by compiling multiple expert responses on a particular topic and embed links to the contributor’s zintro profiles. This will increase the chance for contributors to 1) be found on zintro and 2) have their profiles found on google and other search engines.
