Pacemaker

I've had my pacemaker for about 5 years now. In 2011 i got an examination and my test results showed that everything looked alright. The reason i got it was because i had a swimming incident and during my test results it showed that i had long qt syndrome and that it would be best if i got the pacemaker. So basically they put it in just because they thought it would be safe. Whenever i ask if it's possible to have taken out my doctor says that he doesn't know for sure

Heart Pacemaker Malfunction

I have a client whose husband had a st. Jude pacemaker. They live directly beneath high voltage power transmission lines and the pacemaker is documented on july 6, 2010, as "pacemaker mediated tachycardia has occurred." they went to see the cardiologist, and a technician spend an hour attempting to adjust the pacemaker settings, but there is no documented measurement of his blood pressure during this visit. He continued to feel ill and was admitted to the er a week later with very high blood pressure and died after admission to the hospital of a hemorrhagic stroke. In order to file a case i need a report whether the pacemaker malfunction contributed to cause the hemorrhagic stroke.

Medical Malpractice

Have heart arrhythmias do to dental surgery. I have medical records from last 10 years. I can say this, i have never had a single problem with my heart. I was injected with a shot of epinephrine in my mouth by a dentist and now have heart problems. My doctors do not want to get involved in my lawsuit.
