Carbon Steel
I have a question about chemical requirement for carbon steel (nace mr0175-2)
do we have to maximum sulfur level in carbon steel for hic resistant.?
acoording to paragtraph 8 there are typical level for sulfur .
But in earlier pages in materials section of this standard consided maximum nickle 1% only .
We have seamless pipes api 5l that clients want to standardization with nace mr0175-2 too .
In api 5l , maximum level for sulfur is 0.015 % .
We analysis this pipe and then sulfur percent achieved 0.01%.
According to paragraph 8 , is this pipe reject with nace mr0175-2 ?
