    Cardiology

My husband was a heart patient that went to a va medical hospital with chest pains. He was admitted and had test run. In his progress notes it says he may have bronchitis. On his discharge summary it states he had cap. In his progress notes it states to treat for an uri. He had three pending medications, which i am not sure for what diagnosis. He did not sign his discharge summary. He was suppose to have a cardiactic cath done the day he was released. He had chest pain at midnight the day before he was released. His chest pains were likely aytipical. Can you testify they released him without diagnosising him right.

A cardiac stress test is a medical test that indirectly reflects arterial blood flow to the heart during physical exercise. When compared to blood flow during rest, the test reflects imbalances of blood flow to the heart's left ventricular muscle tissue – the part of the heart that performs the greatest amount of work pumping blood. The results may also be interpreted as a reflection on a person's overall physical fitness.
