My company has developed patented cash management automation and loss prevention solution at the retail store level. The product is called drawer-less pos(tm), its purpose is to automate cash management processes within retail business and as a result to achieve a significant reduction in the cost of operation.
The drawer-less pos(tm) replaces a cash drawer available in every pos with an automatic device called automatic changer unit (acu). The acu also eliminates the need for backroom/cash office safe because it incorporates all backoffice/cash room cash management functionality in the all-in-one solution at the front counter.
The product directly integrates with pos business logic to provide a complete cash transaction automation solution and it is an add-on component to any pos terminal running retail management software.
Main differentiating point of our product from the competition is that drawer-less pos(tm) system is a "closed loop" solution. This means that the cash is inserted into the safe at the time of cash transaction, eliminating the need for a cash drawer and backoffice safe.
The drawer-less pos(tm) solution solves two most significant cash management problems in retail industry today, which are till management and high cost of end-to-end cash cycle, and therefore gives retailers a real tool in reducing their cost of operation.
