They are one of the largest milk processors and major player in the russian diary market. Overall, 500 tons of milk is processed a day. Current production capacity for cheeses is 600 tons a month/20 tons a day. The overall number of staff is more than 700 people.
They have recently completed the wide-scale modernization that covered all stages of production, and now they'd like to extend the cheese brand portfolio, to improve product quality.
