The discussion would include insights on how best to create an imc roadmap taking into consideration various topics like approvals required, integration of offline and online communication plans, measuring the results among others.
The outcome of this exercise would help the client in gaining detailed ground level intelligence on successful practices of imc implemented by other companies.
