The eastern agricultural regions has a large number of agricultural stalks and farms, slaughterhouses’ waste; the western farming and pastoral area has plenty of grasslands and dung resources; whereas cities has lots of municipal waste and catering waste. But most of the biomass resources ware used as their original forms due to backward economy and poor technologies. The photovoltaic applications: qinghai is inexpenrienced as it is the first one to start establishing massive pv plants, for large-scaled pv plants, their quality of constructal and equipment differs, level of pv plants construction and management has to be improved. This has affect on pv systems lifespan and quality of power generated. Therefore, it is an must-not overlooked and avoidable issue to improve the construction level and operating performance of the pv plants performance. As a cooperation party, our company is engaged in a project named as “quality evaluation system formation based on immense data from qinghai integrated pv plants”, to realize a higher energy yield on a all-round pv plants monitor, inspection, evaluation and estimation. We are inexperienced in analyzing immense data, plus complex relevancies of electric parameters.Therefore,we need extra help from foreign experts. Comprehensive technologies in renewable energies to supply heat in qinghai-tibet plateau:1 qinghai-tibet plateau is cold, the inhabitants of farming and pastoral areas live in remote areas and sparsely populated to each other. So it is not possible to solve problem of heat-supply by using conventional energy because of many deficiencies in single new energy technology, so it can not effectively applied at current stage. It is the effective measures to solve the building heating problem of the qinghai-tibet plateau through comprehensively using some energy technologies, such as solar energy collector、heat pump technology and phase change material technology, etc. 2 the application of new energy on agricultural production of qinghai-tibet plateau. The cold climate of qinghai-tibet plateau has greatly restricted the agricultural production in the area. With widely adopted agricultural greenhouses, there is little agricultural production under low temperature environment during nov- feb in winter. It can effectively protect the plant roots, and solve the soil heating problems and provide an effective protection measures for agricultural production on the cold season that comprehensively using many new energy technologies, such as solar energy collector, heat pump technology and phase change material technology, etc. So, a further study on heat-supply via technologies of renewable energy is necessary. Such kind of technologies are available in china, comparing with the advanced one abroad, they are not effective, but costly, low efficiency and do not run smoothly.Combining new methods of heat storing and heat supplies together is anticipated to be an effective solution to the heat supply issue in qinghai-tibet plateau. Therefore, we are looking forward to finding appropriate cutting-edge solutions to it. The gasification technology of municipal waste treatment:with urbanization speeding up, the city population increased resulting in municipal waste growthing.Such as, the total population in huangyuan county of xining is about 15 m, annual waste produced is 3.65mt, 100t daily, at the present. Now landfilling and combustion are used to dispose the waste generated. But second pollution is created by doing so. To minimize the waste production, turn them into harmless and utilize them are urgent issues. But in china, at the present, there are no proven technologies on the market for our references, therefore, we want to learn from advanced gasification both in technologies and systems worldwide. In china, especially in qinghai region, these kinds of technologies are on the stage of research, so, we need experienced talents abroad to assist us. Issues: 1. The photovoltaic applications, mainly improved energy efficiency: a.Finding out factors affecting pr and influence ratio according to parameters from pv plants; b.Finding out relevancies among parameters and recommending analyzing methods and models; c.Analyzing operational characteristics of pv plants and discovering key problem of energy loss of it, then finding out solution to them; d.Selecting demonstrative plant, using research results, then analyzing and evaluating its operational performances, technology, comprehensive economic. 2. Comprehensive technologies of renewable energy to supply heat in qinghai-tibet plateau: a.Introducing the existing foreign mature technologies of all kinds of renewable energy heating, then analyzing and comparison; b.According to the geographical and climate features of qinghai-tibet plateau, select the appropriate heat storage technology and materials; then choose scheme and establish demonstrator system, to solve the heating problems of housing construction and agricultural greenhouses; c.Monitoring system, then analyzing the economy and system efficiency of heating system by the monitoring data. 3. The gasification technology of municipal waste treatment: a.Recommend suitable gasification technologies, and have technical feasibility analysis on them; b.Give suggestions on system selections; c.Further studying on gasification power generation technology, and finding the solution that it can put into production to the actual power plant. The photovoltaic applications, mainly improved energy efficiency: a.Putting forward the method of energy efficiency analysis, establishing the analysis model with the help of foreign experts; b.Pilot run and its analysis methods, making some improvements according to the actual situation. 2.
