That is, how are other companies structured? One single buyer or regional buyers? D. What are the pros and cons of having a dedicated team vs. Shared resource team? Is there an advantage to leverage consulting services for rfps/negotiations and maintaining a core internal travel buying team for on-going daily management activities? E. What do best-in-class end-to-end travel services typically include? 2. Pricing and cost structure: a. What are the cost drivers of in-house buying versus outsourced model? B. What is the right balance between having negotiated rates and take advantage of published fares (air and hotel) e. What tools are utilized to measure contract compliance? Frequency?
