Along with our start-up in australia and the uk, we are seeking a highly qualified candidate to work with our international development team to help expand our global reach.
the international business development project manager will own and create the international distribution plans and ensure that they are realized. You will be responsible for p&l of the channels/distributors in the year and growing the top and bottom line aggressively. Your key responsibilities will be to:
â¢ ensure international channel/distribution business performance is being delivered according to kpis such as yearly sales, market shares, gross margin (gm) through price realization in markets, sales margin (sm) and marketing roi.
Â¢ ensure product distribution plans are created, improved and delivered in right quality and on time.
Â¢ act as pivoting element between different functions such as global marketing team and commercial organization.
Â¢ identify, define and initiate additional international growth initiatives

key activities and deliverables:
â¢ draw on existing market knowledge and resources to prioritize key strategic international targets by presenting business cases and financial models that support conclusions.
Â¢ must remain current on competitive data and skincare industry, client, and competitive trends.
Â¢ support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity.
Â¢ english language is mandatory; chinese and another language is desirable.
Specific experience and assets:
â¢ international cosmetic or skincare industry experience a must
â¢ pre-existing network of international distributors of skincare and/or aesthetic devices
â¢ proven track record of building a successful network of international skincare distributors
â¢ knowledge of competitive skin care environment on a global basis
â¢ high level of understanding of beauty trends, by markets
â¢ excellent verbal and written communication skills
â¢ executive-level sales and presentation skills
â¢ well defined skills at influencing and negotiating

I am looking for a chemist that will create either a topical or an injectable preparation that will be used to address a significant cosmetic concern for many women.. dermal melasma. Thus far, there are no viable treatment options for this type of melasma. However, i believe that i know what compounds are needed to treat this problem.
