I have a case in which the pool on board a cruise ship was filled beyond its normal level so passengers could sunbathe on the adjacent tile deck, which caused my client to slip and fall. I would ideally like to retain an expert who is in south florida, if possible, and who can testify as to the standard of care regarding maintenance of the pool area and water levels in pools on cruise ships.

the new 7 natural wonders
1- **** organized the contest and holds all rights to the brand. **** is the company that holds all commercial rights to the brand.
2- all 7 wonders have met this year during the month of september in indonesia to decide marketing strategy. Next meeting will be in korea to assess and evaluate status of program implementation
3- marketing and planning work for the brand and product/destination is now being undertaken by the argentina iguazu falls team who won the contest.
4- chronologically, the calendar is ticking towards the new york tourism show in february and berlin show in march this 2014. It is not yet decided in which show the general plan can be unveiled to international operators. Previous work with each individual wonder must be done to lobby for approval of the plan and securing regional and local operators interest.
5- every participating tourist destination is per se an internationally established entity in the tourism industry and the exercise seeks to unite efforts under one common marketing plan whereby the 7 wonders work together as a business entity to capitalize the potential to develop even further as a group and under the umbrella of a brand name. There is a strong desire for this to happen since government bodies and tourism boards have all put effort and money to get their natural wonders elected in the contest.
6- the task should be planning a destination package including all 7 wonders, a turnkey project, with destinations and local, regional and international operators set with a common web based operation system for them, airlines, hotels... And every need of a traveler taken care of and set it in motion.
7- all 7 wonders' information for the task shall be readily available upon request.
8- on a professional level and for the purposes of developing the project, i was invited to join the team as en executive. I am yet to define the terms of my participation.
9- i have proposed to outsource the project to an international company and managed to get the initial approval to start my search for a company to offer initial appraisals.
10- the project also needs to design and secure meetings with international sponsors to present project, i.E. For sports events, credit cards for rewards, travel insurance... Banks.... drinks....
