Multifaceted i.T. System and internet presence creation & maintenance bid request
my partners and i are starting a wellness company that will have a clinic, med spa, certified nutritional counselor, hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy (hbot), juicery and a lot of services in between such under one roof. We need to set up a system with the following:
-property-wide it computer network system
this includes 10 computer terminals in each clinic rooms. We also need 3 computer terminals for the front desk, reception, and juicery, wireless hand held tablets, public wifi. And large touch screens (discussed below) through out the property.
-point of sale (pos)
computers in the front desk, reception, and juicery will need to have a point of sale (pos) access to sell juices, supplements, print bills, and take payments.
-touch screens
our touch screens will be for the public to have a fun, interactive way to learn about what we offer our customers. We want to offer them the ability to: learn about health, discover and self-purchase our services and products, pay their bills, offer the ability to self-book appointments, register or access their own account in our forthcoming customer loyalty program, maybe even have a game that pulls the potential customer into learning about our brand, etc. We need 5 that are 80in or larger as well as 4 40in. Models.
-electronic medical records (emr) / clinic management system
this software system will allow us to develop and maintain patient charts, electronically request authorization for and bill insurance companies for services registered, allow staff or patient (via online web-page and smart-phone app) to make patient appointments, place appointment reminder calls, emails and texts patients, etc.
-website creation and maintenance
website formulation, construction, updating, search engine optimization. We have to make sure our potential customers can find us and have the best content for us when they do whether they are on there computer, smartphone, or tablet.
-social media creation and maintenance
our business needs to be everywhere our customers eyes are and we have to out shine our competitors.
-smart-phone / tablet apps
we want to offer our customers fun and convenient ways to interact with our company, just like they do with our instore touch screens, but on the go.
