We are seeking independent cmbs or rmbs traders with a distribution network in place. We are involved in the new asset class securitization of single family rental income streams.
Presently, we are issuing unrated 144a private placements, but we are working up to the rated 144as. We have strategic relationships with two small investment banks. One is a boutique investment bank that is structuring the 144a private placements, and the other investment bank is the placement agent because of their broker dealer status.
We are a company that is growing quickly, and seeking to build our own distribution of hedge funds, family funds and private equity players.
