Looking for an experienced food technology (vegetable drying) expert for a medium-sized (30k tonnes of the vegetables per annum) project.
An ideal expert should have an intimate knowledge of the current drying technologies, their advantages and disadvantages, equipment suppliers, and market trends.
He or she would need to help in finalizing the business plan and to be uses, part -time or permanently, for the launch of the project and setting -up the process. The good knowledge of turkish or russian language is a real plus, basic english or higher is the must.
The team already has an horticulture agronomist consultant, food equipment consultant, construction company selected. The land plots for the growing and for the plant location are secured. The factory should be operational - autumn 2018.
