We are looking to speak to customers of personio and human resource information system (hris) products for a 1 hour paid phone consultation. Personio is a germany based human resource information system (hris). Their software is sold into small and medium sized businesses (companies with 20 to 500 employees) and handles employee onboarding, employee directory information, tracking time off requests, and it integrates with payroll and applicant tracking software (ats). They have customers only in germany, austria and switzerland and compete with solutions in europe like heavenhr. For context, if they were selling here in the u.S. Then they would compete with zenefits, bamboohr and namely. They see those u.S. Players some in germany, but not much. We’d like to speak with at least 5 of their customers. We want to speak with the decision maker at the company for purchasing the personio (usually the ceo but maybe a head of hr in a bigger organization). We’re curious in understanding why they choose personio, who else they considered, what differentiated personio and how it has gone so far using personio.
