we are a world leader of distributed denial of service (ddos) solutions and has recently launched a market changing advanced persistent threat (apt) solution.
the customer marketing manager plays a critical role in ensuring we are retaining and developing our existing clients. Responsibilities include turning our satisfied customers into our advocates and then ensuring that we are getting maximum value from their advocacy, creation/implementation of marketing activities that drive adoption of our solutions and expansion of our footprint within our customer accounts. support the customer reference program to deliver references and help ensure no client is “overburdened”

elevate the voice of the customer across all communications channels (pr, sales, marketing, partner, internal) to support key corporate priorities and initiatives

ideal candidates will be metrics-driven, measuring the return on every program, possess strong writing skills and have experience managing customer success efforts
manage customer communication activities such as a quarterly newsletter
5+ years of proven experience, in a high tech environment, influencing and collaborating with customers to align solutions to customer needs and business objectives
experience developing and executing content and programs that results in building a community of strong stakeholder advocates
demonstrable experience in customer program management driving best in class customer growth and communication campaigns within the enterprise and service provider software market
understanding of global initiatives, regional variances and working with a global team
proven experience of demand generation tactics with evidence of integrated campaigns that have ended in new business
