Hair Product Formulation

I am looking for a beauty products formulation expert to help us create a product that can make coarse textured hair softer and more manageable. The product could have chemicals or not. I have been doing a lot of research on the texture of hair and manipulating the structure of hair by breaking disulphide, hydrogen or salt bonds in the hair. There is currently a product called olaplex that claims to reform broken disulphide bonds in the hair, which is fascinating to me. There is also another company, basichaircarepro, that claims to make hair softer with a one-step smoothing system that doesn’t require relaxing of the hair. I would like to have a product or a kit that makes a wash and go possible for even the coarsest texture of hair. I would like to sell the finished product as a kit that contains the following: treatment solution, shampoo, leave in conditioner.
