Eu Food Additive Regulations

To whom it may concern, amines and morpholine are not allowed as food additives in the eu. We use waxes on the skin of avocados. Some of the waxes for use contain limited levels of amines and morpholine. What levels are allowed? What is the mrl's for these compounds allowable in fruit waxes?
