Our international firm requires 10-15 people who are responsible for the fresh and processed pork meat purchasing, [eg. Procurement managers] across a variety of channels.
The ideal candidate would be the head of pork/meat procurement, or procurement manager, at the restaurant group, or jd. Wetherspoons for the restaurant and pubs.
The similar role for subway/pret a manger for the sandwich places.
For the catererers/foodservice players, the role would be the same, head of meat/pork procurement (or similar relatively senior role) at aramark, sodexo, 3663, compass and brakes.
We aim to discuss the size and format of their pork requirement and the buying process / kpcs.
Direct distribution/sale to retailers is of particular interest: pubs, restaurants, sandwich outlets, pizza takeout, food to go, catering, and ready meals.

Foodservice Equipment Procurement
Hello, i work for a prominent expert network working in partnership with zintro. We would like to source multiple experts on behalf of a consulting firm. Specifically, we are looking for experts that are based in mexico, colombia, and brazil that meet one or both of these requests:
1) have a focus on foodservice equipment procurement and have some visibility into all these categories (refrigerators, meat saws, scales etc.) - the client is trying to understand whether all these categories use the same supply chain, if they are purchased together, can one sell one without the other
2) work for a local quick service restaurant / restaurant. The client does not want to speak with global qsr procurement / ops / supply chain managers since the procurement process for equipment is pretty standardized and coordinated on the global scale. My client, food distribution company with 12 branch locations needs help with planning order loads and routes to increase efficiency. Project includes training branch managers to be able to effectively continue order and routing planning when assignment ends.
