Restaurant, Foodservice, Caterer Procurement
Our international firm requires 10-15 people who are responsible for the fresh and processed pork meat purchasing, [eg. Procurement managers] across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate would be the head of pork/meat procurement, or procurement manager, at the restaurant group, or jd. Wetherspoons for the restaurant and pubs. The similar role for subway/pret a manger for the sandwich places. For the catererers/foodservice players, the role would be the same, head of meat/pork procurement (or similar relatively senior role) at aramark, sodexo, 3663, compass and brakes. We aim to discuss the size and format of their pork requirement and the buying process / kpcs. Direct distribution/sale to retailers is of particular interest: pubs, restaurants, sandwich outlets, pizza takeout, food to go, catering, and ready meals. Referrals are also welcomed, thank you.
