Our client was enticed by a newspaper ad to be an account manager for a foreign currency trading company. The company had our client invest her own money and persuade her family and friends to invest their money in foreign currency. The company was allegedly a scam and disappeared, leaving our client to be sued by seven investors who lost their investments. We are looking for someone: who can provide information on similar cases or occurrences; who can review the investors’ statements to analyze whether the transactions they show actually took place and whether they reflect accurate prices; who is familiar with california department of corporations procedures related to desist and refrain orders; and who can advise on the foreign currency information, and trader licensing information, available to investors in 2005-2007.
