Natural Gas Growth Outlook (privately Owned)

Our firm requires multiple experts for paid phone consultations who can give us a better understanding of the drivers and prospects for the future production growth rate of privately owned, or preferably private equity-backed, natural gas producers in the marcellus & haynesville shales. We would like to figure out how privately-owned operators in these regions are thinking about their future outlook for growth given low natural gas prices as well as the fundamental drivers governing the growth rate decision (i.E. Profitability, cash flow, further production growth to make the company more attractive for sale, etc..). This would be for a 1-hour paid phone consult. To demonstrate your relevance, please consider briefly answering the questions below: 1. Would you be able to discuss the key fundamental drivers behind establishing production growth both in the past and in the future? (please answer briefly) 2. Can you share your insights on the acquisition & divestiture market currently for natural gas producing properties as well as the future supply/demand balance of the natural gas market? 3. Would you be able to share your perspective on the exit opportunities of private equity sponsors for portfolio companies? Also, your thoughts on private companies putting more emphasis on generating free cash flow rather than production growth, similar to the public markets? 4. Are you familiar with the impact of public company valuations and equity price performance to the private markets?

Fossil natural gas can be "associated" (found in oil fields) or "non-associated" (isolated in natural gas fields), and is also found in coal beds (as coalbed methane). It sometimes contains significant quantities of ethane, propane, butane, and pentane—heavier hydrocarbons removed prior to use as a consumer fuel—as well as carbon dioxide, nitrogen, helium and hydrogen sulfide. Natural gas is commercially produced from oil fields and natural gas fields. Gas produced from oil wells is called casinghead gas or associated gas. The natural gas industry is producing gas from increasingly more challenging resource types: sour gas, tight gas, shale gas and coalbed methane.
