I own a very small company that has created a sniper assistant system (software for handheld computers). The system itself is a defense article. The user guide for it is defense data. Finally, the ddtc has determined that even demonstrating it is a defense service. I spoke in general terms about it at private meetings with nato nation member groups in january. Six of those nations have invited me to come to warsaw to present the system and demonstrate it. I am trying to figure out how to write a taa submission so that i can do that. Normally, i would be writing a taa with a specific company or entity, and there would be a sale involved. In this case, i would be going to market and demonstrate the system so that i can interest the participants in sales. The want to see it and see it work. I can't demonstrate it without an export license. I know which countries' special forces will be attending and where it will happen (if i get the export license), but there is no company or entity with which i would write an agreement. How do i do this?
