Haccp Regulations And Licensing
I am in the early stages of starting my own business selling beef jerky. In the summer months i would like to add items like dried herbs, canned tomatoes, and pickles to my product line. I would like to hire a consultant to help with the haccp paperwork to ensure that i meet all of the requirements to get licensed. I will be renting commercial kitchen space until the business is profitable enough to build my own business kitchen. Where do i start?
