Working on a project for a sports consultancy who offer services measuring many aspects of synthetic surfaces. The current project involves laser arrays which need to be accurately aligned to receiving diodes. The initial idea has been to use individual lasers but alignment has proven difficult. Another option has been to use a sheet of laser that will create a straight line to connect with the diodes. Does anyone have advice on the possibility of using a sheet of laser, where or not its possible and if there is such a device available?
