Need assistance from an expert/consultant to discuss market entry strategies to the mining industry.
Our company designs and manages predictive analytics systems to avoid/reverse critical component failures. Our experience is in offshore oil production and maritime (navy) assets. Predictive analytics can be applied to remote/mobile mining equipment to improve asset performance kpi's by reducing premature and unexpected failures of critical components. The impact is reduced o&m costs, improved production output and asset life and less labor involvement.
We've proven that advanced data mining of existing asset data can be utilized to build and apply predictive models in real time to detect potential failures at such an early stage that the failure itself can be reversed, thus avoiding the associated downtime and replacement expense.
We do not know the mining industry. I am interested in discussing the development of our mining industry initiative with an expert/consultant who understands mining o&m and has some familiarity with mining practices utilizing asset data (e.G. Osisoft, modular mining) supporting cbm.
