Nanomaterials And Nanocompounds Production

We shorten and simplify process of new nanomaterial discovery with our novel method. Looking to identify problems in nanomaterial industry.  we’re a technology company and the core of our business in providing our technology and method to partner companies. We have a novel method for producing nanomaterials and nanocompounds using adiabatic compression of gaseous precursors. Method can work with a variety of materials and yield high quality results. We are looking for advices from industry experts to help identify problems in nanomaterial industry that can be solved with our method as well as referrals from agents to potential clients & partners. More about our method:1. Scalable;2. Works with a variety of materials and compounds - with almost any simple matter that can be transformed in gaseous form;3. Low costs - due to adiabatic nature of the method;4. High material quality (purity, monodispersity);5. Possibility to produce new nanomaterials and compaunds, that don’t exist on the market yet. Properties we can control:1. Purity (demonstrated 99.99%). Can be higher, depends only on the purity of precursors;2. 95% monodispersity - less than 5% of particles deviate from defined diameter;3. Specific surface area up to 1500 м2/g;4. Structural modifications (nanopowders with crystalline, amophrous and thread-like structure).

Nanomaterials

We have developed an adiabatic compression method for producing nanomaterials. The main benefits are: monodispersity, very high purity (depends only on the purity of precursors), low energy consumption and possibility to produce new nanomaterials and compounds that were not produced before. We are looking for advices and advisors to find applications of nanomaterials with high purity (99,8% and up) and monodispersity (95%) as well as demand for developing new nanocompounds.

Material Science

We are looking for a materials expert with a specific skillset in very hard and durable materials such as ceramics and more specifically sapphire (al2o3). Specifically, we want to identify those in the medical device field working with crystalline structures such as sapphire and also laser fiber optics. We need proven experience with evaluating these materials in terms of their strength and more importantly studying their failure modes due to either mechanical or thermal stresses. The analysis may involve studying existing components and their fracture modes evaluating root causes of such fracture and later performing computational analysis such as finite element analysis (fea) to study the specific design function and performance we expect from such a material. I can’t stress enough that we are really seeking a leading expert in material properties and analysis of such crystalline structures as sapphire with a proven history in their design and use in various mechanical or medical devices. We are particularly interested in learning more about the thermal properties and how thermal stresses can impact failure modes.

Would it be possible with today’s technology to manipulate cnts and mems in order to create temperature sensitive self-adjusting clothing? Specifically, clothing that will regulate in temperature according to the wearers body heat fluctuations. So when the person is hot, the garment reacts by decreasing in temperature to even out the wearers temperature and vice versa. Thanks.

Chemical Raw Material

The key questions in my mind are raw material market overview- supply chain and participants. Who are the end user industries (buyers) for these chemical raw materials (mentioned above?) what are the parameters that are considered for transaction (buying and selling) chemical raw materials? Shelf life packaging parameter environmental conditions (if there are other parameters kindly elaborate) what are the contracting terms and conditions-legal restriction, transport terms, etc. What are the various costs involved? What are the pricing model adopted by the buyer and the supplier?

Nanites make up and comprise together to form a nanomaterial and thus form clean nanotechnology as well. Nanomaterials are applications with morphological features smaller than a one tenth of a micrometre in at least one dimension. Despite the fact that there is no consensus upon the minimum or maximum size of nanomaterials, with some authors restricting their size to as low as 1 to ~30 nm, a logical definition would situate the nanoscale between microscale (0.1 micrometre) and atomic/molecular scale (about 0.2 nanometers).
