Would it be possible with today’s technology to manipulate cnts and mems in order to create temperature sensitive self-adjusting clothing? Specifically, clothing that will regulate in temperature according to the wearers body heat fluctuations. So when the person is hot, the garment reacts by decreasing in temperature to even out the wearers temperature and vice versa.

Are there rechargable nano battery's that can be charged 30mv? I know that there is a switch that needs a certain amount of voltage to charge up a rechargable battery.I found an electric source that gives off 30mv. I believe this source would be able to power nano electronic devices. A carbon nanotube would be just small enough to capture and conduct this electric charge. Graphene may possibly be used as a conductor as well.Also , is it possible to charge a rechargable battery and then once that is fully charged have it charge another rechargable battery that is slightly larger and so on? I asked that last question because i would like to know if i could use this electricity on a larger scale. I don't want to give away the electric source unless i'm sure it would be confidential.
