I am about to embark on my dissertation research piece on hr metrics, especially on how hr metrics act as drivers to change behaviours, and how hr metrics contribute to roi/ how roi is being measured. This dissertation is for my final year on the program bsc (hons) hrm at dublin institute of technology (dit). I would like to conduct an in-depth personal interview/ exploratory discussion (through skype or messenger) with the purpose of gathering information and opinions about the use and impact of hr metrics/ measurements in your organisation. We are seeking an expert to lead a 60-minute webinar on the topic of “solving for complex issues: a guide to resolving the most diverse issues at your company” scheduled for 3/20.
