Maybe some work would be done at premises, but most work would involve regular electronic meetings via skype or other means. We seek an expert in full design details, for shadowing effects, cad layout, system configurations, etc. To support other experts we have. Needs to be an experienced engineer, good writing skills, understands details in design, and can run models. Project is not in the us, so must have access to worldwide solar data. Seek predominantly an expert overseas, say in india, pakistan, or indonesia. This does not preclude us, eu, and canada, for example. Project work would be for approximately 3 month period, part time. Solar Farm

Our company in conjunction with a long island landowner, are building a 19. 2 mw farm on 100 acres in suffolk county. We are in need of a consultant to assist us in the process of participating in pseg's 2015 renewable rfp. Time is a concern as the deadline for submitting proposals is 6/1/16. We will be using single tracking array (array technologies), and (10) 2.5 sma mw inverters. We will design the system to run at 1,500 volts in order increase string size and system efficiency (we also get the full 2.5 mw of capacity from the sma). Production will be fed into a 69kw transmission line requiring step up transformer and switchgear. As far as modules, we have not decided. I am taking second look at 72 cell modules, although initially hyndai 300 s. I exclusively use lg neon series but for this scale project 62,000 +/- modules, we believe they are not cost effective.
